The facilities impressed me. There was so much to do on-site, we didn't need to venture out. i became an racv member because of the excellent service, and i plan to return. every staff member went out of their way to assist us, demonstrating kindness and a positive attitude throughout our stay.

during my stay, i found the breakfast to be quite basic considering the hotel's five-star rating. it took four days out of seven for an egg selection to be offered. also, the qr code for the minibar provided in the spa suite did not function, leading to some inconvenience.
